Buildings & Contents Insurance
This insurance covers damage to your property and/or its contents in a variety of specified scenarios. It is compulsory for all mortgaged properties to have this cover in place.
Contents Insurance is not compulsory but is advisable. Everybody, whether they are an owner occupier or a tenant should have contents cover in place in the event of accidental damage or theft.
